Messino Balsamic Vinegar, aged in tanks for at least 6 months, is refined and harmoniously blended with Greek flower honey to create the famous Messino Honey Balsamic Vinegar. This award-winning recipe is a sweet version of the classic Messino balsamic vinegar, with a thicker texture, rich aroma, balanced sweet-sour flavour and caramel colour. No sugar is added, but the sweetness comes from the natural fermentation of the must and, of course, the honey. It is recommended for rich, full-bodied dishes and for lovers of intense sweet and sour tastes.

Messino balsamic vinegar is blended with concentrated grape must. The product remains for at least six months in special tanks where we control the temperature and light conditions. The balsamic vinegar matures and condenses naturally in a short time and is ready to be mixed. The flower honey is added and the balsamic vinegar goes into the mixer. The final product undergoes filtration and clarification procedures to achieve a perfect texture and full flavour. Bottling takes place under strict hygienic controls and Messino Balsamic Vinegar with Honey is ready to reach your plate.
