Messino Balsamic Vinegar, also known as Glykadi, has been created with love, using the knowledge and years of experience in the production of vinegar products, always faithfully following the traditional family recipe.
Messino Balsamic Vinegar is made from a blend of grape must and wine vinegar from Greek wines and matured in special tanks for at least 6 months. No sugar is added, but its sweet taste comes from the natural fermentation of the must. Slightly viscous, deeply aromatic, with a strong sweet and sour taste, it goes well with almost all flavours and adds intensity to your dishes with just one drop.
Balsamic vinegar has a strong antioxidant effect, thanks to the polyphenols it contains, and has many benefits for the proper functioning of the digestive system, the brain and the heart.

Use Messino Balsamic Vinegar both for cooking and for garnishing your dishes. Make simple vinaigrettes with olive oil and enhance your green or cooked vegetable salads.

The production process of Messino Balsamic Vinegar is HACCP ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC:22000 certified.
Classic Messino vinegar is blended with concentrated grape must. The product remains for at least six months in special tanks where we control the temperature and light conditions.
The balsamic vinegar matures and condenses naturally until it is ready to be bottled. The final product undergoes filtration and clarification procedures to achieve a perfect texture and excellent flavour. The bottling process is carried out under strict hygiene controls and the Messino Balsamic Vinegar is ready to be served on your plate.
