Messino’s Bio Balsamic Vinegar is mainly made by mixing organic grape must with organic vinegar from Greek organic wines and aged in special tanks for at least 6 months. No sugar is added, but its natural sweet and sour flavor comes from the natural fermentation of the must. Slightly viscous, deeply aromatic, with an intense sweet and sour taste, it goes well with almost all flavors and adds intensity to your dishes with just one drop.
Organic balsamic vinegar has a strong antioxidant effect, thanks to the presence of polyphenols, and has multiple benefits for the digestive system, the brain and the heart.

– The product is filtered to preserve its unique taste and texture, bottled under strict hygienic conditions and distributed to points of sale, arriving on your plate in perfect condition
