The search for a more refined balsamic vinegar, with a milder character and flavour, but always respecting our traditional recipe, led us to white balsamic vinegar. Messino White Balsamic Vinegar is obtained by blending white vinegar from Greek wine with concentrated grape must. No artificial sugars are added, but its mildly sweet flavour comes from the natural fermentation of the must. White Balsamic Vinegar has slightly less acidity and sweetness than Classic Balsamic Vinegar, a full balsamic aroma, a refined aftertaste and a clear yellow colour.
Messino White Balsamic Vinegar is highly recommended for those who require a moderate acidity and absence of colour, but with high demands on aroma and flavour. Dare to experiment in the kitchen or use it as a classic balsamic vinegar.

Messino White Balsamic Vinegar can be used in simple vinaigrettes for salads of all kinds, and is particularly flattering on cabbage and legume salads. It adds intensity but not colour to all white sauces. Try marinating fatty fish such as salmon, mackerel and sardines, or topping poultry dishes such as roast chicken. Finally, use a few drops in your soups, especially legume or vegetable soups, to bring out their flavour.

White Balsamic Vinegar matures and condenses naturally in a short time and no aging is required. The final product undergoes filtration and clarification to obtain a perfect texture and excellent flavour. Bottling takes place under strict hygiene controls and Messino Balsamic Vinegar is ready to reach your plate.
