Messino White Wine Vinegar is produced in our facilities in Messinia from selected Greek white wine varieties. The white wine is transferred and stored in special large containers. After quality control, the wine enters the production process where fermentation begins in our acidifiers. After acidification, the vinegar is cooled, clarified and filtered, and the final product is stored under controlled temperature and light conditions. Finally, the white wine vinegar is bottled under strict hygienic conditions and is ready to hit the shelves and land on your plate.
