Messino’s range of Herbal vinegar is inspired by the aromatic plants and flavours of Mediterranean cuisine.
Messino creates its Oregano Herbal Vinegar by simply combining the most widely used aromatic plant in Greek cuisine with its well-known white wine vinegar.
The combination of Messino’s White Aromatic Vinegar, made exclusively from white wine varieties, with dried mountain oregano results in a product with a strong herbaceous aroma and a slightly dry, full-bodied flavour that encapsulates all the nutritional benefits of dried oregano.

Messino herbal vinegar with oregano is particularly flattering to beef and we suggest you try it as an ingredient in your burgers or in the marinade for your
Sunday roast. It is an essential ingredient for a Greek salad or traditional Cretan dakos salad and can replace dried oregano. Don’t hesitate to sprinkle it on grilled molluscs such as our favourite octopus or marinated fish, like marinated anchovies and salted sardines.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE PER 100gr
Oregano-flavoured white vinegar by Messino is produced in our facilities in Messinia from selected white wine varieties. We receive wine from white grape varieties, which are stored in large tanks and then transferred to production for fermentation.
Once the process is complete, the vinegar is cooled, clarified, and filtered and the final product is stored in large storage tanks. This is followed by the bottling process, during which we select the aromatic herbs by hand and bottle them under strict hygienic conditions.
The production process of Messino Herbal Vinegar is HACCP ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC:22000 certified
