Messino’s range of herbal vinegar is inspired by the aromatic plants and scents of Mediterranean gastronomy. Rosemary herbal vinegar is just one of them. Messino white vinegar is blended with fresh rosemary to create a delicious product. Messino white vinegar, made from Greek white wine varieties, is flavoured with fresh rosemary, which is kept whole in the bottle and naturally extracted, while its intensity increases with time. It has an earthy and fresh aroma, and an intensely herbaceous and mildly acidic taste.
Messino White wine Vinegar with rosemary is an excellent alternative to ordinary vinegar or fresh herbs in your cooking and on your table.

Messino Aromatic White Vinegar with Rosemary is the perfect accompaniment to your salads and is an essential ingredient in salads with legumes, pasta or potato salads. It is an ideal match with pork dishes and your grilled meats in general. Try to marinate your roasted meat like lamb or pork, roasted vegetables or baked potatoes.
Create special sauces for grilled seafood like grilled octopus or cuttlefish, or grilled and fried fish such as anchovies and sardines to add unique flavours and aromas.

Rosemary-flavoured white vinegar by Messino is produced in our facilities in Messinia from selected white wine varieties. We receive wine from white grape varieties, which are stored in large tanks and then transferred to production for fermentation.
Once the process is complete, the vinegar is cooled, clarified, and filtered and the final product is stored in large storage tanks. This is followed by the bottling process, during which we select the aromatic herbs by hand and bottle them under strict hygienic conditions.
The production process of Messino Herbal Vinegar is HACCP ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC:22000 certified.
