Garlic White Wine Vinegar

Messino’s range of Herbal vinegar is inspired by the aromatic plants and scents of Mediterranean cuisine and gastronomy.
Traditionally found in all cuisines, they can now be found in Messino’s most aromatic product. A clove of fresh garlic is dipped into our favourite Messino White Wine Vinegar and naturally aromatised, with the intensity of the flavour increasing with time.

Messino White Wine Vinegar with garlic has an intense, full-bodied aroma, a mildly pungent flavour and a slight acidity, that is sure to add a new dimension to your dishes.

COMBINE WITH:

Messino Garlic Vinegar has been created to enhance legume dishes such as lentil soup, the famous bean soup or the colourful and nutritious legume dishes. Use Messino Garlic Vinegar in any homemade sauce or appetizer such as tzatziki sauce, garlic and potato dip (aka skordalia), or baba ganoush / eggplant salad.
Pour over pickled foods or fish for extra flavour and aroma, while it is an essential ingredient in any meat stew or homemade sauce and paste.

Available in 250ml glass bottle

Garlic-flavoured white vinegar by Messino is produced in our facilities in Messinia from selected white wine varieties. We receive wine from white grape varieties, which are stored in large tanks and then transferred to production for fermentation.
Once the process is complete, the vinegar is cooled, clarified, and filtered and the final product is stored in large storage tanks. This is followed by the bottling process, during which we select the aromatic herbs by hand and bottle them under strict hygienic conditions.

The production process of Messino Herbal Vinegar is HACCP ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC:22000 certified.
