Messino Special Vinegar is produced in our facilities in Messinia from selected Greek red wine varieties. The raw material is received and stored in large containers. After the necessary quality control, the wine is transferred to production, where the fermentation process begins in our acidifiers. After acidification, the vinegar is cooled, clarified and filtered, and the final product is stored under controlled temperature and light conditions. Finally, the Red Wine Vinegar is bottled under strict hygienic conditions and is ready to hit the shelves and land on your plate.
