Dried Fig mixed salad

Dried Fig mixed salad
Garnish with Messino Fig balsamic cream and highlight the fruit's taste. We paired it with a smashed sesame bar also from Peloponnese, virgin olive oil, and a unique homemade vinaigrette for a surprising after taste.
Ingredients
- 300 gr Mixed leafy greens
- 60 gr dried figs
- 100 gr sesame bar
- 150 gr pear, cut in fours
- 60 gr Goat cheese in stick
For the vinaigrette
- 6 tbsp Messino fig balsamic cream
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl add Messino balsamic cream with fig, olive oil, mustard, salt, and pepper to prepare the vinaigrette
- Stir well with a spoon until they are homogenized
- Wash your greens and pear well and let them strain
- Cut the pear and the dried figs in fours
- In a large bowl add your leafy greens, the figs, and the pear. Pour with our vinaigrette and stir well
- Preheat the oven for ten minutes
- Add the goat cheese to a small pan and grill it in the oven, until it changes color and gets soft
- Serve the salad in a deep plate and garnish with the smashed sesame barand the grilled goat cheese
Extra tip:
- This mixed salad is easy to adjust. For example, use Messino honey balsamic cream for extra sweetness or blue cheese instead of goat cheese
