After almost 50 years of success in the international vinegar market, Messino has launched its most innovative product to date: Messino Balsamic Pearls.<\/p>\n

The Pearls line has been created by Messino on the basis of its long experience and expertise in vinegar production, following the latest global trends in gastronomy.<\/p>\n

We have managed to encapsulate an entire pomegranate, with all its flavour and antioxidant properties, in a single juicy drop. Messino Pomegranate Pearls are small, juicy, caviar-like balls with a thin outer shell that burst in the mouth with a playful texture, fruity aroma and sweet and sour aftertaste.<\/p>\n

Messino Pomegranate Pearls retain the natural red colour of the pomegranate and are preserved in their own juice.<\/p>\n

Pomegranate Pearls have a sweet and sour aftertaste and are ideal for garnishing your special dishes or desserts. Their flavor flatters any salad, and they are ideal with fruity salads. Garnish with soft cheeses such as goat’s cheese or katiki. Add a festive touch to your tarts or bruschettas, while pomegranate pearls are the perfect addition to any dessert. Try them on a yoghurt or a simple panacotta, or add a fruity pop to a chocolate cake or red velvet cake. The pearls are exclusively used for garnishing your food, desserts, or beverages.<\/p>\n
