Wash the fruits and cut them into large quarters. Remember to remove the seeds from the core
Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and wait for it to heat up
Add the sugar and start stirring constantly but carefully until the sugar dissolves and melts
When the caramel turns golden, add butter and cinnamon, whisk well and finally add the fruits
Reduce the heat and continue to stir slowly until the fruits are caramelized and soft enough. If the sauce gets too thick, add a little lukewarm water
Once the fruits are ready, serve them on a large scoop of sheep yogurt and enjoy!
Extra Tip:
For the perfect caramel sauce, keep the heat on medium-low
The sheep's yogurt could be replaced with Greek yogurt or a scoop of vanilla ice cream
