- 300 gr Mixed leafy greens
- 60 gr dried figs
- 100 gr sesame bar
- 150 gr pear, cut in fours
- 60 gr Goat cheese in stick
For the vinaigrette
- 6 tbsp Messino fig balsamic cream
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt
- pepper

In a small bowl add Messino balsamic cream with fig, olive oil, mustard, salt, and pepper to prepare the vinaigrette
Stir well with a spoon until they are homogenized
Wash your greens and pear well and let them strain
Cut the pear and the dried figs in fours
In a large bowl add your leafy greens, the figs, and the pear. Pour with our vinaigrette and stir well
Preheat the oven for ten minutes
Add the goat cheese to a small pan and grill it in the oven, until it changes color and gets soft
Serve the salad in a deep plate and garnish with the smashed sesame barand the grilled goat cheese
