Panagiotis Papadeas starts the production of vinegar with wine from the vineyards of Kalamata
1984
Dionysios Papadeas takes over the management and modernisation of the company
1994
The facilities are moved to a modern factory in the Industrial area of Kalamata
1996
The first steps are taken in the export of bulk products
2000
The ‘Messino’ brand is born
2003
The export of products in bulk and in bottles is expanded
2014
Panos Papadeas, the third generation, takes over the management of the company and the first Messino balsamic creams are produced
2017
Participation in international food fairs and export of products outside the EU.
2018
Launch of the innovative Messino “Pearls” range, inspired by the philosophy of molecular gastronomy
Today: 2025
Celebrating 50 years of history, the Messino product range includes more than 50 vinegar and lemon codes, with a presence in more than 25 countries worldwide.
