Messino white wine vinegar enhances the flavor of this salad.  Fresh orange fillets and Messino orange balsamic cream create an unexpectedly savory combination, mixing sweet, sour, and fruity flavors with the earthy taste of potatoes. Greek olives and capers add the necessary saltiness and textural variety.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gr potatoes
  • 2 spring onions
  • 100 gr olives without the kernel In slices
  • 200 gr pasto or any type of sausage or salted cold cut
  • 80 gr orange fillets
  • 2 radishes
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 40 gr White wine vinegar MESSINO
  • 50 gr MESSINO orange balsamic cream
  • 20 gr capers
  • Parsley
  • Salt flower
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring some water to the boil in a large saucepan and add plenty of salt
  • Peel the potatoes and add to the boiling water. Boil them until they are soft enough. Strain them and when they are cool, cut them into small bite-sized cubes
  • Wash and finely chop the spring onions, radishes, and parsley
  • Chop the sausage into small cubes and peel the oranges off to create a few orange fillets
  • Put the white wine vinegar Messino, the Messino orange balsamic glaze, and the olive oil in a small bowl and stir well
  • Serve the potatoes and the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and pour with the dressing
  • Season with salt and pepper and garnish with chopped parsley
  • Toss the salad well and rest for 20-30 minutes until all flavors are unified and enjoy

Extra Tip:

  • Feel free to experiment with the dressing! Try any Messino balsamic cream you prefer, and the end result will still be impeccable
